Judge just rules in pretrial motions that MMJ not be mentioned in the case. They've done it. A warehouse full of clones comes to mind, maybe Oakland?

Just a follow up on my cite. It was Oakland.
This links to a forum where the whole case is laid out. In a nut shell,. Ed Rosenthal was involved in a city sanctioned warehouse grow of seedlings or clones to be given free to needy patients. The Feds busted him and another compassionate care advocate as traffickers. Because the DEA had been headhunting Rosenthal , the judge ruled against the MMJ defense and forbid its mention in the trial. He was found guilty. Then the story gets good when the jurors heard the truth.

Anything Mephisto is going to be Good! What can you get? Northern lights is a classic nice smoke. CKS has a nice auto i did last year 1st grow no idea what I was doing got 4oz from it.

The jurors were so upset they took matters into there own hands after the trial man that is a few years back now. I was so happy for him in the long run. He was railroaded.
