Hmmm not sure why unless you changed frame size or resolution? You could resize the pics in an edit program like paint

the servers were changed recently so I wonder if there was a change in the upload max size for photos. You can try to find some exif data removers those are great to get rid of useless text data and hopefully gets the files under the limit.

If you need to resize 'em, GIMP is a great little free, open source photo editing tool that can do all kinds of fun tricks with your pics. Biggest problem for most folks is it is a very powerful photo editor so can be a bit daunting to anyone but full on tech nerds when it's first launched. Once you use it a little, though, it's not all that difficult to use.

No new issues uploading on my end. That limit was always in place. I had to lower resolution on my camera, take off HDR, doesn't affect too much at all. It seems images get compressed anyway. Despite resolution, pics can appear blurry sometimes.
Here's to good resolution!
