Something else for you to consider thanks to the @EvilScotsman who suggested I check the meaning of insomnia , I did :thumbsup: only to discover that I was one and that 99% of the world population was the same way !!! As a result of my interest in Zen and Buddhism it reminded me of " The Chattering Monkey " and part of the solution . Enjoy :biggrin:

you know something mate, im quite an actively, anti religious person (wich dont worry ill keep to myself lol) but those guys have got it sussed. bhudism is one of the only practices of teaching on the face of this awful planet that doesnt end up in violence. ive looked into some of this and i do practice the "oom ne pade" type of meditation. although from more of a hollistic approach. its amazing what a difference just learning how to breath properly and clear your mind can make on both your physical and mental strength.
