Having excellent results with 13.6% cbd green dragon tincture...have to grow more cbd autos....anyone know of a very high cbd low thc autos that grows short?

I've got 4 Industrial Plant CBDs, nothing seems to be growing short this year, lol. got 1 hanging, good sleep aid, good for chronic pain

One of my duurty dragon has downward curled leafs and I gave a heavy water yesterday .
Could this be over water or deficiency?
