I quit @stepside two years ago. I used the nicotine patches. I did it just as the directions called for. I had tried a couple of times before but tried to do it cheaper by not buying as many patches and not following the directions as stated. It worked. I was still a pretty honery for about three or four days after I used the last patch but it took. I even turned down a hit on a blunt a couple of months later because of the tobacco wrapper. Hands down the best move I ever made. If I can quit anybody can. I was a total nicotine junkie!!

I'd have a better chance of quitting eating. I'm only 46 and I been smoking for 36 years. Before my heart attacks I was hitting 4 packs a day. I smoke upwards of 2 packs a day. I'd need about 3square feet of nicotine patches to make it effective.

Follow the Nic Brick Road. I dropped a house on that habit 10 years ago. Now lady jane only, vaporization only. Terpenes. Flavors. No more hacking at all.
You could still do it man, I believe in you.
