And don't hand me bullshit as to why you can't because I've said it or heard it why I couldn't .
No bullshit.. I'm just not a quitter.. I've tried, the longest I been able to quit was 8 days and that's because I was in the hospital.

In my case.... And im being honest... My bloodwork had showed that i needed a statin for at least two years, i tried to take control and do it my way.. Epic( almost life ending) fail... My amigos, listen to the Drs...
I waited 10 years before I did anything but mine was only partially life threatening . I just tired of giving the paramedics $42.00 for a ride to the hospital .

I saw a program the other day that said extra weight was the major cause of most major health problems. I believe that.

I've had INCREDIBLY less back problems since I dropped almost 50 pounds this last year. Carbs man. Carbs will get ya.

It was purely accidental..no safety guy around to explain fire+hair=time to trim
Mine had a fight with fire. Aka the grill. Beard won lol.

I just recently decided after years of up and down weight and diets to try the simple and it seems to be working for me. I am eating only whole foods, (one ingredient) meat, fish, chicken, vegetables or fruit or both with just about every meal, oatmeal and getting plenty of real exercise. No flour, cornmeal, processed foods, sugar etc. I have replaced any sugar I need with locally sourced honey and I only drink coffee, tea and water, no alcohol. I feel better than I have felt in years.
