Listen..All you insomniacs...if you have tried everything currently advised to beat Insomnia with no relief..check your PH...
If you don't have a PH pen..check your temperature.....

Your body core temp is too low to allow you to sleep...you are hypothermic...

2 ways to Improve it are..Alkalise and exercise....contrary to popular belief that you need to chill out and not be stimulated..you Do.
You Need to Raise your body temp to sleep.
Sex is usually the nearest option..exercise without having to get out of bed.....have a nice hot magnesium bath if you are single.....don't take my Word for it...check either your PH or your temperature..and when you See I'm Right....you start the PH Plan.




Staff on the other hand need insomnia to get the site hours/work in..so you are excused...

Mag baths are Soooo good!

Maybe I should get in the jacuzzi, definitely have a bag of Epsom salt I can steal from the plants...I may even have something here in my room. Bought a bunch of salts once when I had to stand by them waiting in line at the pharmacy...definitely have lavender stuff for relaxing.
