It means... My license expired 6 weeks ago. My insurance card expired 10 weeks ago and my inspection runs out at the end of the month.. it also told me that I need to get up earlier... 97 in a 65.. nice guy that he was wrote me for 87 so he didn't have to arrest me

Yeah no shit.. im on a CDL so 15 over is criminal.. he said you're driving your personal that makes 30 over criminal...Good thing you were only 27 over I'm glad he doesn't math well
