It seems like I in a time warp every time I look in my tent, and remember these 2 plants were hatched in early January and one is still a month away, the other two weeks. If they act like they are supposed to for a change.

can't afford a steel one, but I'm using it for canning anyway, not cooking. I've always used a steam bath, but it is not sufficient for grains meats or veggies.

pressure canner don't need to be steel, cool

well I ate a little over half I think I'm gonna wait a couple hours and then munch on the rest if it doesn't hit hard
