I can say from all the testing I have seen the highest THC is at all cloudy

100% correct thc is highest when the trichomes are cloudy and just before they amber up. Which is what we are seeing with high cbd strains a lot more testing needs to be done via gas chromatography to determine the "optimal harvest window" for high cbd genetics
