So I just calculated my watt per square foot in my cfl tent.. 372w and 22300 lumens. Dya think I'll pull at least 2 zips of NON airy buds? 2 giant cfl side by side with reflector?

It's absolutely possible, Kief. I use HO T5's with cfl's for side lights. Square footage matters, but the intensity is the main factor IMHO. Good reflectors are a must, and for me it's an almost daily routine raising lights until they stop stretching.

Keep us posted! I lost my loupe when our roof collapsed this winter, I've got to get something pretty quick. Even considered going with an endoscope setup.

Well this is what gets me red, I struggle finding any documented grows using the set up I created, and the bad name CFLs got with the airy buds. So I did some online calculations regarding intensity and got them numbers. And I'm in the same boat raising them everyday lol so I think 375w per square foot could work? Plus the mylar that surrounds her should help. I mean if it works fucking great no need to upgrade lol LEDs too expensive for kief

Will do, sorry to hear about the roof..An endoscope would be cool. I needed something quick as well, I have this Super Skunk nearing the end of her life and I don't want to just wing it and say ehh what the hell chop it.
