One thing I think I should Clarify. I think this kind of thing is best if the fruit is not mashed too much. I pretty much just like to break the form as it seems to keep some of its character while picking up the honeycinnamonbutter or whatever you like to play with.

I save crashing for the woods be it via dirtbike or mountain bike. Only been down on the asphalt once when I was much younger and rode everywhere one one wheel and I'm not trying that again.
