I bought a tent....it was faulty.....company agreed to exchange last Friday...ok.........Courier comes thursday and says no-one home so drops the return label........no courier comes friday........company says its couriers fault.....have some free samples to compensate.....so i say ok...........then company offers to upgrade my tent to a better version.......courier picks up faulty tent yesterday and nothing!!.....no messages, no email and no new tent!!
