Illinois is first on the list, the governor elect campaigned on legal weed and reiterated legal weed is coming to IL soon after he takes office January 3rd ..... IL will allow five plants per person ......

Minnesota, New Mexico plus New York and a few other states ..... after smoking in the closet for over 45 years I’m in a state of disbelief, like a huge weight has been lifted, finally ....
