I figure if I want to grow bigger plants i needed to get bigger pots and switched from 3gal to 10gal. It was nearly a full time job trying to keep the water up to the gals in 3gal pots to avoid dry outs, the new pots seem to be going much better

Biggest issue, in my mind, is the shape of the pot. With the "traditional" pot shape I see the roots getting denser as they try and fit into a smaller diameter section, a fabric or even cylindrical, not tapered, pot removes that aspect and allows a much more "even" and less squished root area when it gets to the bottom.

That's the theory anyway.

Meanwhile, I think I have achieved one of these rare moments in a man's life where 3 females are happy at the same time.

Growth on Maria since yesterday is very visible, so she's happy. Missus got her ice cream maker, so she's happy, and that means there was delivery from Bol, which means a NEW BOX, AND IT IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OLD BOX in the mind of the dear old 14 year old 4-legged furry female and that means 3 females happy at the same time.

A bloody miracle.

Man what has this world turned into. Yesterday I sat in a university class and the prof asked us all who had seen The Big Lebowski and only 2 of 50 hands went up. It's a sad day.

I just mutterd DUDE! under my breath.

I think my grow room is being taken over by a monster gold glue!
