The trick seems to be with autos is let them get well established, then trim and train before they get to Woody

If that's perlite, you might want to be gentle. You don't want to tip the entire plant over, just bend it.

My spiritwalker is fully rooted into clay balls, the cirtis noir not so much and im being more gentle with her

No that is another system in front of it, it is in 35 litres of co co, it’s fairly well rooted as it was started in the pot, but yeah still have to be gentle, don’t want to snap the bastard in half lol
