This shows the top part of both first posts in my threads. I can't see Thread Tools anywhere.

INdeed...its not there...it would be right beside the watch/unwatch button if it was there.

I have a theory which may or may not be preposterous LOL.

I used to have additional privileges as I was staff for a while. Perhaps when they were taken off I was delegated to being the lowest of the low?
