I use laboratory-grade, brown Jars for curing. I find it protects well against sunlight when out of the fridge(cooled for short term, frozen for longterm). I use brown glass as i know it is used for Whisk(e)y, Cognac and Wine to preserve flavors and because Sunlight destroys cannabinoid content over time.

How do you Guys store and cure and protect your favorite herbs?

I vacuum pack for long term storage and use those squat mason jelly jars for my ready stash. They stack 2 high very nicely in my desk drawer.

Half gallon mason jars here, I can appreciate going the extra mile, :thumbs: I've just never found it necessary...

Now I do use those tiny brown jars that Nitro pills come in for storing my Seeds :)

I like the Idea of ceramic/mason Jars! an energy efficient way to store them relatively cold and protected from sunlight. Can you close them airtight?

@TBMM
My Jars are about 8 cm (3") diameter and about 20cm (8") height for the most of them.
I like to keep small samples for long term storage in 4 cm (1,5") diameter 6 cm (2,4") Jars.

well i cant seem to get much ahead.i smoke it faster than i can grow it---i use a mason jar the short period of her time she is with me.--i hope to do better in the future----time will tell
