Hello, I hope everyone is having a good day.

Would it be possible to get some assistance on a critical jack auto that's in flower?

There's about 1 to 2 weeks left on this plant. There are about 5% amber trichomes, however the pistols are still white.

Medium is Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil with relatively standard nutrients.

Can anyone provide some input as to why the pistols are still white with some amber trichomes? It could be stress, cause I tested this plant, but not too bad.

Any input is appreciated :)

I think she has quite a bit longer than 2 weeks..shes stacking nicely but far from being done..i see lots of white hairy pistils and it doesnt look like the buds have began to swell at all..let the plant tell you when she is ready..the white pistils will recede and start to turn orange as she gits older her leaves will begin to fade naturaly..once the fade starts to set in check trics again..then you can decide if you want to start the flush
Peace..@chaoticGood

Thanks lowdown. I'll let her go for a bit longer, however, the trichomes are about 15% amber so I'm not sure I can let her run too much longer. I will update when I can.

Are the ambers on the bud or sugar leaf?

I believe the few Amber trichomes were on the leaves. I will double check tonight.

Any suggestions on how I can get those macro pictures? I use a jeweler's loop but there's no way I can take a picture while trying to hold that thing steady.

Thank you,

Make sure to look at the buds. The sugar leaf amber up well before the buds. Watch the pistils.

What he said. And it is a PITA trying to take a pic through a loupe. Since, you believe, it's the leaves you are seeing, no worries, you've got a couple weeks to go, imo.
