Doesn't look like it to me. Looks like they got burned touching a light or something like that.

Can't you put up a pic of the whole plant? Or more of that area of the plant?

Update

It's the hermie sitting outside on the balcony.
One sec Noods I'll update with another pic..

Here it is... :howdy: IMG_4743.jpg

And what a sweet looking Hermie it is!
It looks like a very local thing. Just effecting that one leaf. If you were poisoning her/him or if it was a deficiency of sorts, you'd see it on more than one leaf. I'd cut that leaf off for being so unsightly.
...just my two pennies. Second opinions can also be very valuable...

Doesn't look like, but a pic with natural lights would be better for assertion.

It's still purple, but That's more like it anyway :)

Where is it happening in the plant? Many leafs? Just one? Bottom of plant or next to new growth? How's the new growth btw?

It's a couple of leaves on the middle of the plant. There is not much new growth going on.

My plants where also diagnosed Mg dif, going to corect that today.
But doesnt look like MG def..

If it's a P def, it should start in the bottom oldest leafs and they should be somewhat darker and frail compared to the others next to them. The fact they are curling downwards is another indication for P def. What you feeding them with?
