Constant Drooping Leaves - Total Noob Need Help Please.

@BISCUITS Hehe, you gave me some googling to do. I will insure my water is warm from now on and see what happens. I might even have some malted barley at home from home-brewing. Thanks again for you help.

I almost don't even want to post this in fear of jinxing it and giving reason for the weed gods to humble me even more. Last night I gave her a good soaking watering and a mild dosage of nutes (AN Micro/Grow/Bloom, Voodoo Juice, Bud Candy & Big Bud) after judging the pot was light and the meter backed that up. This morning I looked at her and thought, hmm maybe she looks better. Then tonight when I just checked on her she is most definitely perking up! Outside of making 100% sure she was dry the only thing I did different was I warmed my water before watering. I don't know if that was the trick or if it was some cosmic mercy, but that made my freaking Friday. It's funny how tied up you get with them, a plant...

Hopefully she continues improving and I will follow up with some nicer pictures. But I do want to thank everyone that offered up their advice. It is very much appreciated and I pocketed every nugget of knowledge. The help offered up on this forum and others like it really take a big chunk out of the learning curve. Thanks again.

:toke: -- sounds like a bit of bad luck in part,.. overwatering can smother the roots, starving them for O2, which if persists for hours, will start killing them,.. rot may set in, but meantime the damage root system isn't operating well at all, poor uptake of everything,... kind of a vicious circle to get caught in, I understand! Some drying out is mandatory, but only up to a point, don't want to overstress and dry out what good roots remain; this can cause big pH shifts, and in heavily fed soils, drying does raise the relative conc. of nutes in there leading again to pH drifts and burning potentially... I notice that sometimes, the droopy posture doesn't fully go away even when all's good again.
:eek1: flushing, not the best option mate, but that's hindsight now,.. the HF is a heavier soil, not that well draining, so what that did was water-board the poor roots all over again-
.... a little N-tox won't hurt things much unless in bloom; flushing can help reduce the load in the soil, but not the plant... N gets taken up where it's needed or not, so past a point, cumulatively, the plant can't use it fast enough or store it well, so comes the tip curling, dark greens etc.,... just mind you feeds for a bit, let the roots recover, and look into using a PK booster, something with little to no N in it....
Sooo, damaged roots,... they take time to recover; root tonics can help, inoculants, enzymes, but again the loss of live roots hampers the entire deal,.... babysitting to the finish is in order, keep her evenly moderately moist, little wet-dry flux',....

Just wanted to pop back in and say thanks to @Waira for his input and figured I would post a couple pics of where she is at now almost a week later. She has been perking up well and started growing vigorously again. I have fed her again and she is taking the nutes well. Seems to be "behaving" properly using the same methods I was using for determining when she needs to be watered. The thing that still really stands out is I think my water I was using was just too cold. I warm it up to 75-80 on the stove top before feeding her and the issues seem, I hope, to be going away. Thanks again to everyone! But as this whole first grow has been going for me as soon as I fix one problem a new one pops up on another plant. Having issues with leaf discoloration on my Blue Dream auto and gonna start a new post for her.

...:eek1: how cold was the water? temp shock is a real thing, if the differences are extreme enough,... they hate cold feet as much as us! no need for that high T, upper 60's low 70's is fine,....

I keep my nute water and my mixed nutes in the laundry room. The dryer runs frequently in our house and I find that it keeps the water a little above normal ambient, maybe 22C.

Don’t give up on those plants! See them through to the end and be happy with what you’ve accomplished. Make some tweaks to your grow and do it again. You’ve learned a lot from these problems and so have I. Your effort to journal and post has been a learning tool for myself and others I’m sure, so thank you for that. It makes us better growers.
