New Grower coco runoff really high, 1st grow

I see nothing wrong with your plants and I see nothing wrong with those readings. Coco contains many minerals and salts which rather than being absorbed by the plant protect the roots. These minerals and salts will be present in the run off and therefore taking readings is pointless. Maybe add a little more feed but apart from that keep doing what you're doing, they look great

Sounds like you’re over thinking it, honestly.

What I’ll do:
feed everyday at the same ph (5.8-6) and ppm (if you keep track of it).
I don’t get into the run-off ppm or anything else. I just dump it if the plant or pot hasn’t sucked it back up after a few hours.

2500 ppm???? why on earth are you running it so high? If you actually using that much nutrient, your problem all relate to excessive nutrient build up. I'm surprised your plants are alive! Give them plain water for 4-5 days then feed @ 650 ppms ( depending on nutrient I use Megacrop And I'd run 450ppms in coco if I stilled used it.
coco is an ok medium but its a fussy pain in the ass too. Another thing is most people run the PH way too low in coco. Other here will tell you the same thing, and that is, a lot of their nutrient problems went away when they raised their PH into the 6.2 to 6.4 range.
If your not intentionally running high ppms, then you need a new meter.

Thanks for the replies. I ran quarter strength nutes and flushed. My 3 gal pots with 3 gal of water before i hit around 1.3ec ~ 650ppm. My first flush came out at 2700pm...yikes.. Yea less is more when it comes to nutes I'm starting to figure out. Typically the environment staying consistent is more important....right? Then nutes?

Your environment affects the plants metabolism and nutrients intake. A consistent environment is amazing but getting your nutrients dialed in is a given lol.

Im going into the 5th week of veg on an auto and photo. measured the ph/ppm. both read at 6.0/2500ppm. watered in at 950ppm. i only water when the top layer has dried out, which is every 3-4 days. With a 5-10% runoff. im thinking, do i need to water more frequently and have more runoff, so there wont be a salt build up? i noticed white on the outside of the 3gal smart pots. Is that normal? I see some rust spots on about 6 or so older fan leaves. so far no nute burn just looks like calmag def. should i do a flush real quick, was thinking about throwing into 12/12 next week for the photo. bottom left.

im running GH w/
tap(140ppm)
2ml/calmag,
2ml/micro,
4ml/bloom
= 950ppm at week 5.
Good Evening. Do not let your coco dry out I usually do 2 waters a day. Honestly you do not need to go real high on PPMs I never go above 800 PPMs and 20% of those are calmag. With watering 2 3 or 4 times a day there is not need to go high because you will be feeding her constantly. As for run off that depends on what your doing most autos I typically do not run off every water as you will chop before enough build up gets bad enough. On your photo I would flush but I do not do a ton of run off every water typically once a week I will make sure to get a decent amount of run off maybe 10 20 %. As for the white on the bags that will happen it is salt there is a ton of salt in your nutes. For the watering just to clarify I water every other day till day 15 then it is every day AM and PM. If you have any other questions tag me and I will help you out.

quarter strength nute flush. Plants loved it. Thanks for helping me fix this issue early before it got really bad.
