Grow Mediums Coco and dry amendments

Hi I am running into problems using canna coco orginal perlite and dry amendments from dr earth can anyone help and let me know what PH I should be watering for this as I cannot find any information and nor getting an answer off of anyone any help much appreciated
Hi,
Anywhere between 6.5-6.8 ph is ideal for an organic coco/soil grow.
Cheers.

The main thing with organics in coco isn’t maintaining a good level of microbes. I’d recommend using voodoo juice from AN with piranha. But id much more recommend it to use dry amendments in coco. They don’t go well together. A peat or soil based media would be better. Idk who started the whole dry amendments inncoco fad but it’s not a good mix. Unless you add peat to it 50/50 with 30% perilite. Canucks only shows the good plants not the failures.

824? Wow that's a lot of N. I use Dr Earth 444&394
Fed 70/30 mix week 5 ish & will give a 50/50 mix in a few days. It will be week 9 from seed&3 weeks from start of flower. Then in 3 more weeks I will final feed with a 30/70 mix.
Im tryin to get into dr earth organics and step away from ghe in coco and perlite when your referenceing your ratios what is that a percentage of? Cups tablspoons thats where i get confused 70/30 50/50 30/70 doesnt help if theres no size to go with the ratio could you plz explain this to me?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone is growing in Coco, perlite, and dry amendments?

I have been watching a lot of youtube videos and there is one guy in particular who is using coco/perlite and dry amendments from Gaia Green.

I was thinking about the Dr. Earth Organic line.
The all purpose 4-4-4, and the flower girl.

Is anyone growing autos using this type of method?
I know who you are talking about, I wanted to try this as well i just picked up some Coco yesterday will be picking up some perlite today and for nutes I'm using the dry amendment line from aurora! But the dr earth bio thrive is a good choice as well!

Coco with perlite at a ratio of 4:1 for an airy mix.
Green House Seed Company's Powder feeding (short flowering) works really well.
They now do a cheleted Powder calcium.
Needed additional Cal/Mag but that's easy enough to sort, I like to foliar feed with Cal/Mag.
Also available now is Bio Powder feeding
Nice results.

What’s up guys interesting Chat was thinking about giving canucks method a go.I’m in the uk and can’t seem to get my hands on Gaia greens or dr earth, do any of you know of any similar products that’s easier to source. ✌
Look into the aurora innovations dry amendment line they have a dry amendment player pack with everything you need for like 100 bucks

One thing to remember with canucks, he gets paid to push Gaia green, Mo Koko, sponsored by VERY high end led lights.

He's getting the absolute BEST OF EVERYTHING!!!! Nutrients are NOT as crucial as people say.

70% of your success is #1 Your seeds. You can have the best of everything, but if your seeds suck, no nutrients will fix bad seeds. #2. Light. If you have great seeds and a great light....you can use very little nutrients, just water! You'll get killer weed.

The other 20% is your grow conditions (heat humidity air circulation). AND THEN ITS YOUR NUTRIENTS!!

You gotta have a powerful enough light. If you think u need 200 watts, go with 250w or 300w and dim it. You can always dial your light down...but can't make it brighter.

Get seeds and light good air flow, then just feed em some nutrients here n there.

Light light light light!!!!!!!!
