Watch for top leaves curling. If you see that starting to happen, move your lights up a few inches. Looking nice they are. :headbang:

Awesome thank you very much that sounds easy enough so I guess it's been fine I just didn't want to bleach them, and thank you I appreciate it!!!

A picture of the light fixture would tell me more because singe COBs run from 25 actual watts to over 200 watts each and the answer to your question depends on that information. What is the make and model please. I run my citizen 1212 3500K cri 90 Cobs no closer than 18" @ 50 watts for flower and 30" @ 40 watts in veg.

I am new to indoor growing and to automatics. It is a different show than growing outdoors. The cob's I have the manufacturer says 12 to 18 inches and i found 12 is way too close and 18 is still a bit too much. So I've got mine at 20 right now from the top cola's. I also didn't know that growing under leds, cal mag is important too. Good growing to you :weed:

Another thing to watch.out for is light bleaching of fan leaves.
I can't get my 60 watt COBs any closer than 24 inches, and they're at about 30" right now because of some bleaching.
And I've switched from 20-4 to 18-6 lights because of the continued bleaching.

I have 2 300watt citizen clu048 1219 3500k cri90 using a mw 320 1400 driver 6 cobs on each 50w each

Ok cool thanks! I noticed earlier in veg that they didn't like the lights turned up too high but when they started to bud I noticed they wanted more light so I just turned them up but now I'm messing with the light distance which is just as important as intensity of the lights so I'm still learning, this is my 3rd grow but smaller tent, but thank you very much for the info!!!

Plants look good from what I can see in the pics ...... You’ve gotten some good advise as well but here is my 2 cents worth:

Invest in a PAR Meter and you’ll always know how intense your lights are - I own one and find it a very valuable tool .....

Amazon product

Another thing to watch for is what they call canoeing- this is where the leaves turn inward to avoid the light ..... here is a pic of a nice plant that I had lights too close, after having a set back like this I invested in a PAR Meter - Plant is very high value, I simply want to achieve maximum results ......

Best of luck!
