Indoor Clyde’s Mephisto Paradise ( 8 strain run soil/Hempy ) *under construction*

Just wrapped up my first QB run a week+ ago, now on to my second. I have no comparison, so the response is more than biased. My grow space is height constrained - the QB's are great in this regard. Easily manageable heat output, extremely thin build profile and, consistent amongst the varieties I've grown to date, very tight nodal structures.

I believe the QB has something my light doesn’t and that it’s dimmable? Yes dimmable???

I don’t have heat or build profile issues, ight is couple inches thicker but it’s fans and driver are inside housing, in fact I welcome the extra heat inside the tent so that’s not the issue, nor will and inch even 1.5 inches make a difference, some but not much .....

The issue is the power the light puts out - Probably too much light for tent but footprint is 9sq feet, my oversized 2x4 tent has 10 sq feet so I should be sized right ...... But I’ve discovered in 3.5 months experience some strains like 3 Bears can not tolerate PPFD of much over 525, even in the corner she got too much light mainly due to tent size, so I moved her to a different tent and with light running light at half, it has a dimmer, and she responded beautiful ..... Note Cover Grass and her Tip Burnt, indicates either she didn’t like the spray feed of bud food or lite burn but I’m thinking it was bud food .....

What I dislike about QB is all the wires running all over and hack wire hookups, I’m not an electrician and would not have patience or knowledge to do myself, electric is something I’ve always stayed clear of and wouldn’t feel comfortable having my Electrican hookup so I’m sure there must be other options but haven’t explored as I’m few months away from another new tent and lights ......

Shortly the World might see a dramatic shift when The WHO meets, discusses and vote on the rescheduling of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs that was signed by all Member Narions in 1961 .... at that time the member Nations of the World Agreed that Marijuana one of the STRONGEST Narcotic Drug known to mankind and they signed a Treaty to basically ban Marijuana . https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_Convention_on_Narcotic_Drugs

Sour Crack [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] came down after 63 days from seed

My Hempy Sour Cracks should be much better. Even tho this was the feistiest plant I’ve ever grown! The camera does it no justice. It looks “fuzzy” In person

Not sure impression I gave about HLG, they are top,rated no doubt about ......

As stated I’m not a do-it-self elec guy and my personality demands everything neat and orderly, even my compost piles to my plants .... Thus I need readymade, that is only issue - where do I find those models at ..... what HGL seems to me is they are Pro Lights, which is fine, but they don’t cater to consumer market, just my take

Please, please, please understand the lights I’m running are killer too, not sure what if any difference in my grow using HLG verse Optic .....

Optic has published Grows, with my light, achieving rock hard Nugs weighing in slight OVER 2 grams / watt, that was a Brooklyn Sunrise BTW @TheArchitect - these are published legit results over 2 grams watt .... PM me your published results I’ll PM Opticmformthe Brooklyn Sunrise and others in the 1.5-1.75 grams a watt ...... they are published but I won’t post links here because Optic is not AFN member .....

My lights even have a flowering specific spectrum that is based on the McCree Action Spectrum which has proven to be the best spectrum for plant photosynthesis ..... https://www.migrolight.com/grow-light-spectrum-explained/ ..... BTW what spectrum is HLG, specifically the light you are using?

Issue is not quality of my lights, issue is they are not dimmable..... if they were dimmable I wouldn’t even consider another light for a new tent ....

Also considering Folux, sponsors here at AFN ....

Lot involved in setting up new tent / lights the entire system .... remember I like to use rails so that comes into play ..... also not sold on doing 4x4 ....

Thinking maybe 6x6 or something larger and separate walls inside with Mylar which provides even better reflection than tent walls ......

May even buildout room verses tent so not sure yet of route - even 3x3 tents and individual Large Plants ....

Don’t wanna a lot of little brats on different watering schedules, my thinking is larger pots / larger plants / larger buds, especially the Prized Cola Bud ..... Bro at my age after working 42 years in the same trade my standards kinda hot set high .... doing repairs we saw so much crap work ..... I got to where I wanted only the best built available, cheap tools as an example don’t get the job done .....

Brother Clyde I know .... HGL is not a cheap option, I’m more than willing to spend money on both a hobby and passion, llove growing everything Brother but I also need it to be easy and orderly without too many steps, more steps you take odds increase of stumbling.

Tent Update!! 2 plants have gone into the closet for 48hrs of darkness

My grow looks SO much different now!

I’ve got 4x hempys that I upgraded to DWC with UNBELIEVABLE results!!

My Sams Crack is MASSIVE

This was what her roots looked like a few days ago

My White Widow XXL is gunna be just as large

WW xxl is the pretty plant bottom center that had a huge canopy

So far my Hempy to DWC conversions couldn’t have gone any better. I’m getting the most unreal growth DAILY
