Indoor CIRRUS LED SYSTEMS UNBOXING AND PERPETUAL GROW THREAD

These will definitely be some amazing plants!

Regarding the power-off/power-on issue, I'm sure Cirrus could easily do a firmware upgrade to adress this? It could even be a option/feature.

@briman! Tell us more about your light recipe & app please! C'mon! What are you running there?

This is LED-smart-light-spectrum-geekness-porn! There is so much one coul experiment on to further improve productivity and yield. In any case, those girls look smashing bro

Bingo! Already been done!

That's a cool light! Building up some nice flowers under it :vibe:

Even those in legal states don't like to advertise, they should change that tape.
What if I dropped my phone in the toilet, how would I control the light?

We don't always use that tape, typically only when shipping to other businesses. When we ship residentially we use plain boxing tape.

Any tablet or phone will work. Also the lights will now maintain the settings they are on indefinitely. So if you want you can just set the spectrum and use a wall timer, and never have pull your phone out again.

Thats a no go, i am always to most simple when it cómes to high tech and this is a Major deficit when it Comes to handling. I want to grow without my phone... by the way i will soon drop the Sanlight LED Review, havent been around for some days.

We can manually set the light to always on if you want to never have to use the app. You would just use it with a standard timer. However, you would not be able to adjust the spectrum, with the most current version of the app, you can set it and forget it, it will maintain the settings even in the case of a power outage.

Dylan, Welcome to the Forums! I was wondering when you'd stop by! I have the older version of your led, the GL13 and as you said, doesn't take an upgrade. The GL14 version does. I am not complaining in the least bit, as our power doesnt go out very often. I love this led and the power and penetration it has! You guys make one hell of a product! The leaf app is awesome and the fine tuning you can get with it is a great feature! I have 0 complaints!:d5: I do have more seeds germing as we speak and should be ready for some 6 gallon pots of coco in a day or two and we will get this show started all over again!:headbang:

You do sure offer a good product with very nice features, its just my personal security concerns on using lights connected to a phone. The delivered Programm is definitely some outstanding feature and as in the SolarSystem lights i like the option of defining a unique spec. Did you ever think of releasing a programm that could be running on any classical computer and be transfered via wire instead of wireless signal? Would be something that i would use without concerns and may be a optional feature for your product. Anyways i wish you the best for your business and i will stick around to see some reviews!

Hello AFN, time for a new grow! I have Dutch Passion Daquirilime going in! I germed these last Tuesday, with the Moon phase with a pink moon and had the fastest germ ever! I have a few in a multipot and will pick the bast ones in each pot. These have a XXL yield rating, so hoping for a great grow to show! :headbang:The setup is as follows...
Tent 4 x 4
Botannicare Aeration Coco Mix with hydroton in the bottom with the air dome.
Advanced Nutrients
Autopot XL(6.6 gallons)
Cirrus Titan 5 LED with the LEAF app for the cell. Leaf app is set for seedling and I will graduate it to the clone app in a day or two, for a little more fuller spectrum and prevent the stretch a bit. Led is at the top of the tent already, as I'll have the plants grow up to it. This thing is powerful for 500 watts!
Black Opps carbon filter

Week 2 and all is good in the tent. Happy babies and I have 1 mutant with a 3 leaf top node! I'll wait a week and see what they both do and I will pull one. Going to fire these pots up with air and fill the rez in a week! On the panel, I switched from seedling setting to veg setting and watch these things take off! On to some pics...
