Indoor Cheap and cheerful - perpetual organic-like grow

I was going to start my dinafem grow battle journal today but forgot I didn't really have enough room until next weekend. So I thought I would start my other project of starting a random picture chat journal for my journey in growing.
I started growing because my wife was on too many meds and this caused a lot of side affects. We were occasional smokers before this. So we enjoyed THC but wanted some CBD in the mix.
We are on a low budget so I add as I can afford it and shop around for the best deal. I buy seeds that are on sale so have a random mix of stuff, but having never done this before, I don't know good from bad but I did research seed banks for quality.

Cheap and cheerful containers

I buy the 1.2 gal /5 litre pots to keep the size of the plant restricted. I fill the pot with local seed and seedling potting mix, with 20% coir and vermiculite mixed in. I then make a Dixie cup size pocket in the top and add seed starter soil with the coir and vermiculite with a sprinkle of mycorrhizal fungi in the bottom. I then soak this with a worm castings liquid and a seaweed tonic, diluted accordingly, for 12 hours before planting. Acquired wooden coffee stirrers act as my plant markers.

Cheap and cheerful first grow cabinet

This is now the nursery, but used to be my only space. I bought CFL because of headroom and plant burn and was getting 1oz a plant but I had a month between plants so wasn't lasting until the next harvest. I added another larger space and this is now the nursery. Usb fan for air movement, bathroom fan for extract to outside (improving this is my next project), 200 watts of actual CFL plus high tech height adjusting string with deluxe knots on a hook. All lined with foiled bubble insulation. Lights on 24/0. I rotate 1/4 turn every day. My coffee stirrer points the same way on all the plants so I don't forget to turn them.

Main Grow Cabinet - cheap and cheerful

So I added this to make my cabinet taller and longer, 4 pots fit easily and 6 pots for a sog. I can now grow a new plant every week until I have 8 going then I have to stop until I make room. I decided to caulk and paint in washable white paint. I bought a Roleadro 400 cob light (196 watt actual) which seems to do the trick. Cheap usb fan for air movement and holes in the floor to other cabinet to draw air through. I also added heaters as the cob didn't put out enough heat, one greenhouse heater and one reptile pad heater to warm the pots. These are plugged into a thermostat plug.

Two have been topped. The Caramalicious was the first one I put under led so it (I lol) struggled but almost done and decent looking bud.

Add calmag for LED move
Mid week water - 2ml grow and 2ml bloom (if in flower) .5ml calmag
Week 4 - 4ml grow, seaweed and worm, calmag, 1ml bio
Week 5 - 1ml grow, 3ml bloom, calmag
Week 6 - 1ml grow, 4ml bloom, PK, calmag, 1ml bio
Week 7 - 1ml grow, 4ml bloom, PK, calmag
Week 8 - 1ml grow, 5ml bloom, seaweed,
Week 9 - 4ml bloom
Week 10 - 3ml bloom
Week 11 - 2ml bloom
