New Grower Carbon filter for a small grow?

Hi,
I got an old TV cabinet. It's for about a 30" tube TV. It has 2 drawers below
the TV. So I am going to cut a hole and place the pot in the top drawer and
have the plant stick up through the hole. That way I can have a plant over 30
inches tall, I'll have to trim the branches off the lower stalk when it's time to drop
it down into the drawer. The interior is about 18" x 34"

So it's not a big space. But it's going to need a air filter for the stink.

Does someone make a small filter for that sort of thing?

I must have described it badly. It's a cabinet you buy separate from the TV.
It's got swinging doors that hide the TV when you're not using it. The interior
is 18 inches deep and 34 inches wide.

I was thinking of getting a 4 inch fan and carbon filter, but it seems like overkill.
Was hoping to find something cheaper.

I think u can get a cheap carbon filter for about £25-£30 but only lasts about 3-6 months but pretty sure a 4inch fan is the smallest u can buy unless u build a system like people use with a pc grow
