Can't figure what is going on with one plant...

Hey bobble. Looks like you've got the right pointers already about the PH issue, but may I ask.. in those pics what's that green stuff under the plant.. it looks similar to a layer of algae covering a surface?

Green mojo coming your way and may you be blessed with a quick resolution. At the very least, you've learned what happens in hydro when you get a PH spike so in a way this is a positive thing for you.

BB-

That is the surface of the rockwool cubes. They are pretty moist, but in person doesn't look like algae. The medium has that kind of hue to it, at least that brand (grodan) does, when damp.

I think that color of the rockwool is normal, I would guess(noob here) that it could be lockout caused by the 7.1 pH that is very high for hydro, and it could be cal/mg def. Wish I could help more, suppose it could be burnt too.

Doesn't feel "positive" at all ;) ! But, I take your point. Everyone has told me that gardening is relaxing...I'm finding it very stressful, and I worry about my kids constantly! Seems like there should be more I can do to help! Thanks everyone, very impressive information available here, is a pretty user friendly format...

I don't know if you would be able to see it

on the lower leafs I have exactly the same. My issue was ph from 4 to 8 in couple of days, tought they will die. Check my journal and you will see they are recovering. Good ph is the key to success

definatly looks like nute lockout from ph to me. best bet would be to flush and try to get it healthy again to clone it and restart from clone. or it may recover but it'll be weak for a good while and need special care.
