Indoor Cannarado group grow

Wow they look great Rivet! Can’t wait to see these girls in full flower... :bighug:

Thanks, it helps me feel better seeing them doing so well too

Quick update on the bigger gal, she has some nice buddage going on. Both are very happy plants, especially now that I am fussing over them more :smoking:

Any update on this guys ?

This ended up having all the updates in the Big Battle thread, but here are some pics. Out of the countless strains I have grown this is in my top tier for everything from growing to the final product, and the high is sublime. I am so sad I never cloned her, but I have some Nila Wafer seeds arriving tomorrow and I am sure that I will be growing more strains from Cannarado.

Looks amazing... Big round nuggets. Look like big cakes with trichome frosting...

Smells like frosting too!

I got my seeds today, started four of the Nila Wafer and got two freebies, Goji Dawg x Birthday Cake started those too. I'll be putting the updates for those in my photo thread, fingers crossed I get some winners.

I was delinquent with my updates as well. She turned out beautiful too though. Your pics came out beautiful!

thanks for growing these out with me!

thanks for growing these out with me!

Thank you for introducing me to one of my favorite strains I have ever grown, and I'm hoping the new grow goes just as well!
I hope we can grow "together" again one day too :woohoo1:

Yo RG what is your germination process? Looks like rapid rooters and you fill them with something? No humidity dome? Do you spray them?

Looks like a lot of fun about to sprout

After mucking about endlessly, I find the best way (currently) is to scarify them a little in a small container with sandpaper around the edge filled with sand. I pop the seeds into the Rapid Rooters, sprinkle some fine sand (for reptile enclosures) on top, it seems to help with the "helmet head" and then some fine seed starting vermiculite. I have them in the tray with a humidity dome (just off for pics) and keep the lid sprayed and the rapid rooters just moist. It is sitting on a heat mat with a towel under so not too much heat. I will put them under very weak light until they pop up.

I used to soak them, used the paper towel method, tried to inoculate them with mycorrhiza now it's just back to simple. I usually get 100% germination, and the damn helmet head, I don't know 100% if the sand helps but as they push up through it I think it helps shed the shell or loosen it. Sand doesn't seem to harm the babies at all either.
