So last night I decided I was going to make some canna butter. So I took all the trim and larfy buds from my last grow ( love potion ) about 17 or so grams and another half oz or so of bud. Set the oven to 200 busted up all the greens and put it in tinfoil, also decided I was going to add in some rosin for a bit of added potency so I decarbed 1 g of that at the same time as the bud for about an hr.. next I brought 2 cups of water and half a lbs (1 cup) of butter to a simmer on the stove and added in my green.. simmered for 3 hrs on low stirring periodically. Strained through a reusable coffee filter and rinsed a bit more water through to get all the goods... placed in the fridge overnight.
This morning I took the butter and drained off the water warmed the butter back up in a smaller container and stirred in the rosin, then back in the fridge to harden back up... didn't really take many pics along the way but here's the result... will update when I de die what I'm going to do with it and how potent it actually is...
