New Grower Can you Clone Auto's ?

I used a mix of no name potting soils and pre fertilized Pro mix potting soil.

I left the clones unattended besides watering

So water and pre- fertilized potting soil and I did one fertilized nutrient feeding
Do you think it may have been strain dependent?

The mom was a week or two from flower when I cut clones and the clones began to flower about 3 weeks after being cut.

Cool your going to give it a try , I used a 400w MH for the first 8 weeks then I switched in a HPS bulb for the duration. The light was kept at about 10 inches distance

Well now...guess I'll have a go at this..did the clones keep time with mom? Or was flowering delayed?

I love this! I've long suspected that Sativa dominant autos might be clonable! I had wanted to try it with my Auto Ultimate, but I won't chance it with a plant that has had mites.

I'll be growing another, so you can be sure I'll take clones from it!

Good call on the sativa varieties !

Generally the longer flowering strains have strong Sativa traits , My clones were from a Auto Jock Horror which is a strong Sativa strain.

I just harvested the 2nd Clone , I left it to flower for a long time for entertainment as I have plenty to smoke I got 8 Ounces from the mother plant for instance.

I got a kick out of the plants weight , 420 grams on the button !
I reset the Tare to double check it was again 420
Minus the 80% for moisture is 84 gr which is 3 Oz.

I was hoping to get 4 Oz. but I m pretty happy with 3 , its one more Oz then the first clone.

420 grams minus 80% for moisture = 84 grams = 3 Oz Bud

I had fun growing the auto clones they are most entertaining plants to look at and I was able to grow my biggest Buds ever with them.

That's got to be worth something in and of itself ?

Remember if the Women don't find you handsome you better be handy !
