Can someone identify what going on?

Yes. But it is usually a combination of things going on. PH is a big factor in some problems. You should be going in at 6.4 - 6.6 PH for soil. The leaf clawing is a sign of nitrogen toxicity. It is best to just give water and hope it grows out of it.

Thanks for all the feed back, watered today at 6.5 going in at got 6.0 coming out.

Hey @Proph I noticed your active now and would like your opinion on this if you have a chance bro. I'm sure you were already making your way here.

Thanks bro!
What up bro! This could be a various things. My first instinct in under watering, or letting the soil dry out too much. The soil even looks dry in the pic. As soil dries out, nutrient uptake slows. As far as which deficiency it is, Im not 100% sure yet. Looks like magnesium or phosphorus. The leaves could be showing signs of issues due to mobile nutrients being moved to where they are needed more, or because the plant is starting to feed more and requires feedings now. The pot size is also a big factor.. If it's a 2-3 gal pot, the available nutrients that come in FF out of the bag, are most likely depleted after 3 weeks. I thing its time to start feeding in some form or fashion. So my best quick guess would lean towards under watering and a lack of available nutes.

I don't think ph is an issue since no bottled nutes have been used. Ph'ing water in soil only matters when using bottled nutes.

I do not use run-off for any purpose. There is just too much going on chemically in a pot to have any idea of what is actually changing the readings.

I totally agree but it can be handy way to identify nute lock out in theory if Ur getting low pH readings from run off its because of salt build up or shitty medium its been useful ime.

PH has nothing to do with the EC of a solution. It is the EC of single/multiple nutrients being out of range that cause lock-outs. Reading the EC of run-off can tell you that the run-off is high EC but that is nearly useless information. For example Dolomite Lime can raise the EC coming out of a pot when the other elements are in an ok range. Without the meters I now have you know nothing useful.

Am fully aware of EC /ppm. Am just saying salt build up as a result of over feeding lowers root zone pH in soil for sure I've experienced this personally and if I hadn't tested run off I wouldn't of identified it as soon as I did. Not trying to start anything here I have full respect for you just voicing me own personal experience :pass:
