New Grower can i tell when female is polanated

i have 5 seed grows in the bush.i want to put females under lights when males are cut.my question is how long do i need to leave girl with male?is there a way to tell that the bonding has taken so i move girls under 24/0 to speed up production.on all 5 sets the males have tons of sacks but most are not open yet.--usually in the wild i leave both together full till however i want to put girls inside under lights as soon as i know she took.

What i have done littleT is isolate the male and once i see the pollen sacks start to open and drop pollen i take a plate and pick the pollen sacks off the male and put them all onto the plate then i take a small brush and push the pollen sacks around you will see the build up of the pollen on the plate. Then i collect all the pollen. I will then pull one female out of the bunch and dump that pollen onto a few of the side branches. Leave the female separte from the others for 2 days as to not allow the pollen to completely seed the whole crop. You will start to see "seed pods" in the buds on the pollenated female. THey can be buried deep into the buds aswell so some might not be as visiable on the surface just depends.

thank but mine are alittle differant.i put 5 seed per container.some have 1 girl and 2 or 3 males others are 2 girls to 1 boy.i want to cut the boys out to give growing room for the girls after the boys did there business.i have raised seed before but not like this/just dont want to take boys too early---also i want to polinate the whole plant.want to get many seed from them if possible!!!!

Once pollen sacks open look at the pistils on tze female plants. They will beging to change color wither and die back and the calyx will beging to swell. The earliest signs are the tips browning and dieing back on tue pistils. When the males open cut em and shake the plant over the females if you are looking for max pollination.

Also the male plant will be laying back smoking a cigarette or doobie and the female plant will be yelling at him that he did not do it right!
