Can i finish flowering under all red light?

What do you think about the all red panel?
Since red helps with flowering.
The t5 would probably give me better coverage but its 6500k or would that matter?
I am just trying to get the most out of her.
I know natural sunlight is best but she cant receive enough direct sunlight.

if your space can take the heat I would use both to get the best of both but @Mañ'O'Green may be able to advise you further
