If your planning on topping or fimming then I’d do it now and leave them another week. If not then sure, flip them dude. You seem too have an empty section at the front of your net. Could you rearrange the plants so they take up more the net evenly?
What I do at this is stage, is I keep pulling the girls back down under the net while flowering and stretching. This ensures more of the SCROG is used effectively. I then place a second net above the first once the net below gets filled.

They have all already been toped bro but there's so much middle growth that is not gonna get no light at all where they are so bushy and there's loads of under nodes that are just not gonna do anything but didn't wanna go scissor happy then flip them because due to the shock and yeah I'm gonna rearrange the room tonight man I need to flip 12/12 this weekend tho if I don't I think I will run out of room the girls are starting to go crazy and grow like mad!

If i were you mate, i would wriggle that net up a bit until its just under the top of the plants and bend the stems under again then flip to flower. If you pinch the stems where you want to bend them it'll make them easier to bend without breaking.
Dont worry about having a bit of space on the net, the canopy will soon fill them up.
If you want to use a second net to support the buds during flower then just install one 6 inchs up from the top of the canopy on the day you flip to 12 and the stems will grow up into it! ✌
