New Grower Calmag deficiency ??

Hello all,
My plant has been growing absolutely perfectly till today but when I woke up I noticed these light brown patches on some of the fan leaves, looks to me like a calcium def but just posting to make sure ?
I was giving it calmag in the beginning but was told that I didn’t need to since I was growing in soil.. should’ve kept giving it :/
My plant is on day 42 and has been flowering for about a week.
Any advice would be great ;)

Hello what is your soil ph ??
 
I have no idea I don’t have a soil ph meter :/
I have been watering with water between 6 and 6.8 though
Hello do a slurrey test on your soil as this is where most problem start from dont start just adding extra nutes else you will give your self more issues
How to Test Soil Using the Slurry Method

  1. Gather some soil from the test area.
  2. Take the homogeneous sample and add equal parts of soil and distilled or deionized (DI) water in a 1:1 ratio. So, for 25 grams of soil you would add 25 mL of water.
  3. Stir the sample for 5 seconds.
  4. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Start stirring the sample again after 15 minutes, and take your measurement

I tried and that did not work.. it just made wet soil, I can’t measure that with my ph meter ??
 
If you are using distilled water you can just add a little bit more until it thins out. You want a muddy sludge. If you are careful, push the pH probe into the mix. 1:1 is ideal but 1:2 also works. You don't want to make it mostly water. There are several sites with step by step guides for "soil slurry test", I definitely looked at a few of them before attempting it myself.

Test your water first so you have a baseline to compare the final sludge against. This test will at least give you an idea of where you soil might be. Distilled water should be right at 7.0 pH and 0ppm


EDIT: What is your water source? What water have you been giving? What nutrient line are you running and how much have you been giving?

The leaves look very dark green to me so I would suspect too much N, also if you were giving calmag in soil early on it could be Calcium excess. It's a tricky thing as problems are not always a deficiency. Too much of any one thing can lock out others.

Ok just tried again, soil slurry is measuring at 6.2, so no problem with the soil ph ?
I have been watering with dechlorinated tap water, I’m using the flora trio.
Last time I fed I gave 0,52ml/L of micro 0,26ml/L of gro and 0,52ml/L of bloom
Always with a ph between 6.0 and 6.8
Now that you mentioned it, some leaves to appear to je showing signs of N toxicity (dark, twisted and some even with lightly burnt tips)
I don’t think I have overdone the calmag I only gave it calmag twice in week 3..
Do you think the N toxicity has caused lockout ? which would explain the cal deficiency..

Hmm.... Have you been feeding every time or giving some water only sessions as well?
I alway give plain ph balanced water between every feeding, forgot to mention that, last week I also flushed the soil before starting increasing the flowering nutrients
 
A possible explanation is that you spilled a little fertilizer solution on those leaves.

Any good fertilizer, properly used, should produce no deficiencies (but some don't have quite enough calmag).
Messing with elements other than calmag will lead to confusion, and possible problems.
