Calling all folks on the autism spectrum what strain of cannabis gives you relief.

I have had great results for anxiety and depression from DP's Brooklyn Sunrise.
Very excited to try their auto euforia. Its an auto skunk X euphoria(another skunk base from Dp's skunk breeding program in '96). Mine is almost ready and has a quite unique smell to her which is a combo of mint and menthol. Crystal is amazing...really hoping its DP's description of the buzz. "The anti-stress Euphoric feeling remains the most appreciated quality of both the photo and autoflower lines"

Yes exactly diesel strains ,crossed with og (day wrecker)(headband) and sometimes underdog og they call it ,sodk was an excellent strain for the relief of anxiety and provided a general well being feeling.og and diesel both contain Chem dog and Chem dog is a good strain as well and definitely lends the uplifting part to the mix ,most of these strains aren't the best for sleep I go for a heavy indica for that but are excellent for upbeat positive stimulation.

Awesome, I look forward to the SODK then, and the chem city blues as that is chemdogging x auto blues I think. I found sour crack amazing for night time meds. I slept like a log the first week it was ready, and that was after literally years of sleep problems. I have just chopped a sour bubbling crack and hoping that will be similar, although it's not as indica dom as straight sc.

I'm also doing a couple of Gorilla OG's from short stuff seeds.

Brooklyn Sunrise also on my list, and DP night queen for sleepy time. Euphoria also sounds good! Not heard of that one.

New research is being done by Israel hightimes talks of it .People are fighting for this plant to be an autistic persons medicine one of the problems the fda has with that is there are many strains an each one has its own affect an side affects that's why its very very important to have recognized medical strains for autism .

I forgot to update my findings on this thread, so here we go....

My new(ish) girlfriend is on the autism scale (no idea why she likes me! ) so there's two opinions here.

ShortStuff Gorilla OG (Gorilla Glue x OG Kush) - we both love this and find it really medicinal in terms of being able to function. I often wake up with a real sense of frustration with life and wanting to hide away from people in my house as I find interaction pretty hard. A smoke of the Gorilla OG pretty much instantly alleviates this feeling and makes me feel "normal". I'm doing a couple of different jobs at the moment and one of them means being with a few other people all day (10-11 hours). This would usually be a bloody minefield for me and extremely hard work, but the Gorilla really helps with all the darn interaction! To the point where I told the extremely angry, stressed and lairy bloke I'm working for to chill the fuck out and talk to me like a human being! Usually I would be THINKING this all day, going over and over it in my head but not saying anything. Gorilla makes it easier for me to interact and express myself. A sort of clarity maybe? Even though it is some seriously potent hybrid weed.

ShortStuff Jedi Kush (Blueberry x Mazar x OG Kush) - another good one for both my GF and me. Similar in a way to the Gorilla in its effects, but far more indica leaning. What a medical strain! Jedi also alleviates a lot of my "hide away from the world" symptoms like Gorilla, but it also has a really heavy, stoney side to the high that Gorilla doesn't really have. Jedi is seriously strong! It smells and tastes of bubble hash and smoking it is like a joint of Gorilla with hash in it. Really lovely weed. It has all the same sorts of properties as the GOG but with a massive side serving of CALMNESS! Its awesome. As I smoke a joint I can literally feel my brain relaxing and then my body. It makes me able to interact with people, calm, happy and satisfied. Probably my favourite strain at the moment.

Mephisto Stilton Special - another good one for interaction and functionality for me. It takes away my social anxiety that comes with being on the spectrum, and replaces it with a sociable feeling, the opposite of my natural state. I believe it's the Skunk#1 that does this for me, as I get the same with other [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] hybrids. The only problem with Stilton is its a little too much on the sativa side of hybrids for me. There doesn't seem to be anything in the mix that gives the high a "grounded" feeling. So if I smoke too much I get kinda anxious and unsettled, but the catch 22 is that I love this strain so I want to smoke more! In that respect its very similar to proper UK Cheese for me personally. My fav weed, but sends me mentalis if I'm not careful. I don't get this off UK Blues (Cheese's sister) interestingly.

I now have some photoperiods on the go which I chose for their effects/high/medicinal properties: Blues and DiscoBiscuit (GSC x Cheese x Blues). From what I can gather both of these should be good for me and my weird old brain. I'll try to remember to let you know how they are. I'm interested to see if there's any noticeable difference (medically) between photos and autos

Thanks very much for the reply an the information I believe the diesel that's in the gorilla gives it a lot of its effects it's also in the chemdawg family same with og. It's a balanced affect of indica an sativa .Cerebral an body numbing very good medically.Skunk is one of my favorite strains to kick back to I really enjoyed dinafem kushncheese that strain has it all taste medically good , smell looks an is pretty easy to grow I've grown it a ton of times I love that strain .

i just harvested some Girl scout cookies and have so Jack Herer auto for my next grow.

Jack Herer makes me feel at ease in every situation it's like magic.

But for the futures grow i'll take in consideration the strains you listed above. Precious infos thanks !

..don't expect me to try many strains quickly.. i'm in a country where it's not legal yet and can have only the weed i'm growing (or street weed but i never know the strain)..
