Good Day to all,

Since we have decided to start the "legal states" section, I thought I would jump in start this one for us.

In this thread Cardholder's can pretty much discuss and do many things that you could do in CA, or in a dispensary. Except BHO, which will open up soon in another section.


We are hoping to discuss a seed library.

Let's see where this goes, and treat it respectfully to gain what we can from this.

I am Eeks other half...We have been doing business with California dispensaries for a couple of years now.
Eek sells seed packets and bud. We have also put lip balm, canna rubs, magnesium rubs, bath salts and magnesium oil in a few dispensaries.
I have been doing a little bit of business here in my little town.
Someone brings me a bag of cannabis and I process it into what they want and charge accordingly...like butter, cookies, rubs... Right now a few of my customers are helping me perfect a Yummy product!

I have noticed that in CA, the dispensaries are kinda lacking in paper trails. It is meant that way on purpose, for grower's safety. But it is a practice that is common.

Also, when the dispensary donates back to the grower/producer, they pay in installments. Very much like in a retail store. Paid all within 30 days, but not all at once.At least that has been my experience so far.

I here in El Dorado Co. they are gonna try and ban cannabis growing. They say it is because almost all of the large grows are commercial.

I have a feeling it's because they are using too many resources busting legitimate growing Op's.

Perhaps better information is what is needed here?

Hello All,

We are finally getting a sunny day in California. Go figure hunh?

I thought I would say something about getting your Medical Marijuana Card.

It is almost too easy to qualify. Most of your qualification involves your ability to pay for it, and you MUST live in CA. Or at least have an address here. Cuz I know of a guy from another country that has a rec from here.

You don't need to have much of an ailment. Most of the folks in this industry are here to GIVE you a card, not keep you from having one.

You can pay for a regular liscense, which is getting you in a dispensary and you can grow 12/6 (12 immature and 6 mature plants), or you can get a 99 license if you can explain why you need that much. Anything like making edibles, rubs and hash are good reasons for a 99.

You can posess up to a 1/4 lb. on a regular lisence, and up to 5 lbs. ( I think), if you have a 99.

The regular rec I have right now cost me 55 dollars, and the 99 cost 225 dollars.
