  1. 001.jpg I think this is nute burn.I fed them 12-55-6 two days ago and the top leaves are showing this brown and crispy edges. My ph is 6.3 in and 6.00 out.soil is promix ult organic .Feed at every watering.I cnanged from tomato food to this and it started.I since have flushed with ph water and I will hold back on nutes for awile and go back to tomato food. The picture that matches this in the infirmary say lack of phosphorus but in this case I think its an overdose.Any other ideas welcome.

Hey namvet!

It's amazing how I got an early stage of exactly those symptoms with a P deficiency. I am testing a Fertilizer with NPK ratio of 13-0-5, and it was two or three days after feeding that I've noticed those first symptoms at the lower older leafs.

Anyway, regarding your case, I think you did good on flushing. P toxicity affects a lot of intake like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and zinc. Look for this symptoms, expecially for zinc (more common). P toxicity is hard to get rid of, you should probably use more water to flush then regular (minimum of 3 gallons of water to every gallon of soil).

I'm wondering in what leafs those symptoms first appeared? Lower older? upper younger? Or all around?

On another note, those leafs look very long and thin, is it possibly an underlying N deficiency from before?

It's been 2 days allready from that post, How are things now?

Since I flushed I havn't seen any other ill efects,I think I used to much 12-55-6 because before that they were fine,I will hold back on nutes for awhile. The leaves that were affected were the small fan leaves growing from the main cola and nothing below that. All my c caramel have sativa dominent leaves for whatever reason, maybe its not fully stable strain.Flowers are filling in well so only time will tell. Thanks for your concern.:smokebuds:
