My two favorite US sources no longer take credit cards.
Mephisto (autos only) accepts mailed cash, which is fast, safe, and easy. I've done that twice, and will also a third time.
GrowersChoice accepts money orders.

My favorite european bank, alibongo, takes credit cards, and has free shipping for orders above 50 GBP.
I've had several cheap, successful orders from them.

Stay away from Greybeard, shit company.

The guy talks shit publicly on their Facebook about anyone who has problems germing their seeds, not getting orders, etc. Way better vendors out there that dont have to stoop to scum levels.

Last time i ordered from them i picked up some private label on sale then not much longer after that they dropped all of their private label line because of some bunk beans. I did get the fastbuds 5+5 deal tho .....
