Seed Bank Buying Flash/Stitch seeds from seed banks.

If you were expecting medicinal benefits from the strains you listed them I'm afraid you picked the wrong strains. Stitch has only gotten into creating medicinal strains in the last year and a half or so, starting with his White Sirius. Those strains, Mi5, RRF, Onyx, HBD, are some of his earliest creations and are more recreational strains. They are considered dwarf strains and normally grow in the 14 - 24" range. If they all smelled of hay, then I suspect you didn't dry and cure them properly. Mi5 has a fruity smell, RRF smells of diesel, Onyx doesn't have a strong aroma and HBD can either smell of blueberry or diesel, depending on the phenotype.

Off-topic, admittedly. Please do not hesitate to move to a more appropriate place, this was at the top of my screen on the right and gave me a question, haha.
Just so I'm clear, how do we determine medicinal vs rec? Sounds like possibly end yield judging from what I'm reading? I'm well medicated and not very good at reading, so as well as medicated i am confused, hha. Rich in CBD?

Thanks Muddy

I am probably going to get bashed for this, my experience is from the period just before he released his first super auto, I still have 6 of the original RRF some 3 or 4 years later.
The dry doesn't have any issue's but I am guilty on the cure side, if I don't have a lot it doesn't get to see a cure. I always get some kind of smell unless the dry is to quick and I pride myself on drying long and slow, 10 days is my quick dry.
It put me off autos until now but hearing of the higher cbd in autoflowers I'm back.
Of the SSS that I tried I liked the HBD, it smelt ok and did something for the pain, what I'm saying if I was ever given some I would turn them down.
As for dwarf I had seen the pictures from SSS website and they looked tallish in the pictures so I bought them from bad attitude, maybe I was putting to much expectation on the strains. I was smoking an awful lot to manage the pain, also to escape the pain, so I was looking for medicinal as well a recreational.

to me medicinal is a good mix of thc and cbd , i wouldnt want a pure cbd plant as thc is just as needed and important for medicating , just happens that thc is psychoactive as well as highly medicinal

Sent him a mail 07.04 and 12.04, still no answer..................

Apparently Stitch is choosing not to answer your PMs. I've checked almost every day and he is coming in to read. He was in yesterday in fact. Since he can only now communicate via PMs I've doubled his PM storage so his inbox being full wouldn't be an issue. So the ball is in his court. While I wouldn't recommend it, you can probably reach him via Facebook. Just be cautious and make sure there's nothing in your Facebook profile that can link you to AFN or you might be compromising your own security.

I must say i'm a bit disappointed. Communication wasn't a problem when i was making my order and sending payment. I received an error in my order and 2 emails in 10 days and have received no response. Traveling isn't much of an excuse, i travel and can do emails anywhere. I dont want to be too harsh but this isn't the way you go about saving your reputation. For anyone else considering these brands, be aware you may have no one to contact for questions and or problems.

Just to add avcomment to my post. I did receive an error in my order and got one wrong strain. I wasn't even complaining in my emails, i just wanted info on the strain as I really couldn't find any online. A simple answer to my question probably would have satisfied me and just grow them anyways. 3 out of 4 in my order were correct.

This is why i say deal with seedbanks only, unless your dealing with real established breeders like sweet sweeds, dutch passion etc.

you get a reply at least and not dealing with a potential shady character one man band.
Is this the type of person you want to trust your addresses too? I think not...

Same here, Bob. So we are still sort of naming med vs rec based on observation rigt? I just wasn't sure if there was like a measured value that dictates. For me the same makes good medicine, high CBD but high thc also. 2:1 thc:CBD is one of my favorites, many breeders are now chasing 1:1:1 ratios thc:CBD:thc-v.

i live in norcal and want to start lab testing choice auto strains to boast the high CBD content to to med patients.
