BUG ID HELP PLEASE!

I need help!
Can anyone ID these bugs?
I'm hoping beneficial!
They look like aphids to me, but's been a long time.
If they are mites of some sort, I've never seen mites with a big swollen fluid filled abdomen.
I see babies and eggs in the second pic.

That's them. I'm sure it came from my worm bin.

That was my thinking. They are very healthy.

Edit............They were in the EBs. Perfect environment.
