Hello friends.
I need some help as this is my first grow and I want to make sure I am diagnosing this correctly.
Set Up:
2x 600 watt led(spider Farmer) 1x 450 watt Led
Space is: 4x6x8
Plants: Northern Lughts Auto and Alaskan Purple from Seedsman

I made some BIG mistakes in the first 3 weeks. Plant were definatly stunted and the had little to no growth for atleast 2 weeks.
I am currently at day 85 or day 90 from seed, 12 weeks.

I have posted my tricolms which are all cloudy but no amber yet. I believe they need atleast another week but today while checking tricolms I noticed what I believe is the start of bud rott. There seems to be a dark rott that is attacking my leaves and there is a small part on the bud. This is on 3 of my plants, 2 NL and 1 AP. It is only on the top buds so far.
Afrer reading about what the problems could be I have decided this is rott and I am starting to flush. I am a little concerned that the white hairs have not turned orenge on the NL, they are still bright white?

Do you think I should flush and cut or should I just cut? All tricolms are cloudy no clear.

IN your opinion is this rott and can this be smoked or do I have to let it go?

Note:
Average temp is 77 it has fluctuated at times between 67 and 82

I have had a problem with humidity over the last 6 days. Humidity ran up to 60% at times. no longer than 4 hours. Average humidity was 50% and now is 40%.

Also there is no vissable mold, it is just this dark red discoleration on the leave and starting to go into the buds on top.

Thank you

Whilst I cannot confirm whether this is budrot or not, although others will help you, what I can recommend checking out for next time as a prevention method is Rotblock.co . They are an AFN sponsored vendor with amazing service, and have a testers thread on this forum.

i meself see nothin to be concerned about...me thinkz u may be mistaking the natural deep purple accentz both strainz start getting around that age is all ;) ppp

I also thought is was amber but it is not. It is the same issue that the leaves are having. It is a dark reddish color that has worked its way from the leaves into the bud. It almost looks soft and squishy. That is why I was concerned with rott. There is no mold or any other discoleration. I would like to run atleast another week. I just do not want to loose any bud as this has been a long journy.
The concern is that this is not a major problem that could cost me the harvest. As I said I am new so I will trust your advise and run another week or so BEFORE flush. I think I forgot to mention I am growing is coco/perlite.

The first picture is the main concern as it is starting to show the same symptoms on all my top leaves? Its almost like a rust spot just deeper in red color and it is larger than the standard rust spots.

Thanks again, I appreciate you!

when we talk about anber trich.its the lil ball ontop of the invisable stalk.pic 2 is defo a few amber heads.but full plant pic, looks like it could fatten up a bit more over the next week or so :smokeit: the plant thats going pink/purple....would it be the alaskan purple ? the clues in the name, some of the turn pink/purple some almost black, its all good  but just to be sure can ya get a few more pics for us :toke:

I stopped bothering with flushing at the end of a grow. Didn't seem to make any difference in finished bud to me. I had bud rot on a few autos I grew last Summer. One a photoperiod plant that finished up at the end of September I started getting budrot in buds the size of large squash fruit. Not wanting to just trash a plant with over a pound of bud I sprayed the plant with an H2O2 solution and harvested over a week and a half taking mature buds and leaving others to ripen.

I then washed harvested buds with an H2O2 solution, rinsed with a baking soda and Real Lemon solution and then rinsed with fresh Spring water from my well and drained before hanging to dry with a fan blowing over the trimmed buds. After a couple days I then further broke down and trimmed the buds.

No further mold or rot on the curing buds.

My last 8 days of my outdoor grow I had no sun, high humidity and rain for seven days straight.

It is on 1 Alaska Purple and 1 Northern Lights. It is the same on both.
Today I checked the trich and I am starting to see Amber, about 4 for every 100 trichs more or less.
I was planning a flush but I am going to run Nutes for 7 more days unless I see some major problems.

I have use Gerneral Hydro Flora Series. In order to get these girls out of the shock I put them into the first 3 weeks , I went as high as 1000ppm for almost 3 weeks. Believe it or not I had no signs of nute burn. Maybe because I was very precise with my AMOUNT of water. 500ml per gallon. so 1500 ml per plant every day.

I currently am at 660 ppm for the last 2 weeks. 8ml per Gallon on the bloom..... I was planning a flush but after reading the post below and other articles. Is a flush actually necessary? I know most people do it but is the smoke really noticeable if you do not flush?

I would like to cut my tops and keep them going, there is a crazy amount of bud sites in the middle and on the bottom. I would like to try and develop these if possible?

Once again, thank you guys.
I will add a few picks in 3 days. that way we can see if the discoloration is progressing.
