Hey Briman, your grow is really impressive, sorry im late but im glad im here for the harvest. Pity youll have to box up the tent after the grow. Whats it like growing when you're married? Do you do many runs a year?

Hey Don, My wife and I have come to the understanding, that growing things, are my way of zen/relaxation. She does not smoke or embibe edibles, but she likes the canna oil foot and shoulder rubs and she says it helps with pain and inflamation as a topical. She doesn't care if I smoke it(I never really did like smoking it). I do love my tinctures and oil though. I bought a portable vape a few months ago and pull a rip or two off it when my back and neck start to hurt a once or twice a week. She doesn't like me growing, but I went through the legals and got my card just to be on the up and up. So she leaves me alone, and in return, I leave her stuff the bothers me alone. AHHHHHH the married life!!!I do 5 runs a year and 4-5 plants at a time. Nothing too serious. It is where spring comes in, when I can turn myself loose on the veggies outside when I am happiest. The indoor thing is just to get me through the winter.

That sounds like a great situation Briman, I cant wait for legalisation to hit my country although I cant see it happening anytime soon. Its okay though, Im in college and dont have any dependants so Im willing to run the risk at the moment. Im really enjoying your grow, your girls are looking great, shouldnt be too long now.

Thanks for checkin in Don. I think they look like sh*t myself, but it is what it is. PH swings will be a thing of the past when I get me accurate 8 soil ph tester in, along with the new ph pen and some careful monitoring!!! I am on the down side of this grow and will give em straight tap water for the last 2 weeks un PH'd. I know there are some debate on flushing with or without ph'd water, but I lean toward the no side myself. I will however, give em a 48 hour dark period prior to chop.

I've come around to that way of thinking myself. Seems like at that point they're eating the fan leaves anyway, and nutrient lockout isn't a concern. Still, you've got some fine girls there & they look healthy enough to me.

Does your camera have a macro feature? Even most old point and shoot cameras do, and it'll definitely improve your close up pics. Looks like a little flower icon on most cameras:

I have a DSLR and a bunch of lenses, but honestly my 9 year old Canon point and shoot has taken some of my best bud pics in macro mode:

:smoke: Looking forward to seeing them. One other tip is to take a bunch of the macro pics and then when you view them on your computer, zoom in on the good ones. Parts of the shot may be blurry but sometimes you can crop those parts out and be left with some really detailed bud p0rn. Probably 90% of my shots are crap and get deleted but sometimes the autofocus gets it right and really captures something cool.
