Indoor Buddha seeds purple kush grow journal

:slap: Another amazing harvest, briman! If you're anything like me, it's mixed emotions right now. Great to have a break and see the fruits of your labor trimmed and heading towards cure, but missing the girls as well.

Doing any upgrades or changes to your setup before next time? What strains are you considering?

Hey Andy, Yes, I will make a few changes next run. I have to take it all down and pack it away for 3 weeks(family coming to visit and the wife and I are on vacation over spring break). But the day we get back, its ON! I plan on putting the tent back up and putting the spill slip UNDER the frame, so it doesnt move around when I move my plants. Moving 5 gallon buckets around it there pulls the velcro right off!! As far as which beans I plan to sprout, here is what I have, and am undecided which to do. Guess I'll have a bout 3 weeks to decide...Leaning toward the Auto Amnesia, but the Syrup has my attention too. Hell, I might just do a mulit grow of a few of each in 3 gallon pots and fill my 4x4!! Keeping my options open!! I have a bunch of photo seeds too, and am considering a photo run along side some autos, but the timing has to be right for both because of the veg/flower switch on my LEDs. My next LEDs will be full spec so I can perpetual grow and not have any down time between grows!! Here are my options. Somewhat of a seed whore!!

Dinafem-Auto Amnesia... cant wait to see what your going to go with next!

Checked the Hygrometer in the drying cabinet today. Came in at 70% RH. I pulled the PK and KVS, weighed it and put it in mason jars. Not bad for a 3 day dry in the cabinet!! The PK for 3 plants came in @ 182g. @ 70%RH and the KVS came in @ 89g. @ 70% RH. Gonna burp the jars every 4-6 hours until the RH comes down about 63, then I'll toss a bovida 65 in with each jar and cure it for 3 weeks, Then when I get back from Vacation, I will vape out and post a report. Will get pics up of the dried, cured bud. :peace:

Question.. so your cab reads 70%rh? And you jar them?.. my cab is at 53%rh.. and all the buds feel dry.. and it's been three days..not the 7/10 average.. advice.. should I start to jar mine?..

Every drying space is different, so try putting some bud in a jar with a hygrometer for a few hours. If you end up with a reading over 70, hang them back up for a while longer. If they're below, burp the jars every 6 hours or so until you get down under 65. There's no hard and fast rule since different strains hold more or less moisture, and the density of the buds vary by plant. I personally have found that 3-5 days are almost always enough for me to get under 70%. I've never gone as long as 7-10 days, even when the humidity in my drying cabinet has been on the high side.

Hey mole, that is a quick drop for 3 days!! Looks like you might have missed the cure sweet spot and now they are just dried bud and will not cure up. Here is a link to help. If you could get yourself a few Calliber III hygrometers and put 1 in a jar or two, it will give you a better read on the RH as the RH will be a little off in the cabinet due to a bigger surface area. My hygrometer in the cabinet read 70% and when I jarred em up with a calliber III, the came in at 70% RH. So now I can burp em every 6 hours or so and slowly bring it down to about 63ish, throw in a bovida 65 pack and leave em for a a year or two....but it never lasts that long. I have a Dinafem OG and a G-13 Gigabud that has been it a mason jar for over a year, and that sh*t is heaven to vape for flavor and high!!! Has not lost potency at all!! Leave em in a cool, dark place and you wont go wrong. Here is a link to read on drying/curing that has helped me.:peace:
