Indoor bud candy and superior potash ratio for autos ..also do i still use pk13/14 with potash ?

I am going to be adding bud candy and CX superior potash. They are going in 20l oxy pots. I am new to growing autos and am i correct in thinking i should be using less than the recommended dosage or is it ok to add my additives at full strength and just keep my nutrients on the lower end or does everything thats added need to be at a dilted ratio.
also can i do away with the pk13/14 if using CX superior potash throughout the bloom phase.

I believe just as the nutrients you should be diluting
1/4th of the recommended strength
