So I'm sure most of you know me ok these forums for being a bit over worrisome but I've had slight issues with my plant and I want to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong. Please point me in the right direction. My stems have been turning brownish on the bottom over the past few days and it's beginning to spread. My overall plant health is looking decent I suppose.

Can you take some natural light or flash pics ?
What strain are you growing ?
Both those might help someone in pointing you the right direction.
I'm growing fast buds GSC but I won't be able to get a neutral light pic till tomorrow unfortunately. I also realized that my roots are very close to the soil line and I'm using 5 gal pots.

both of my fastbuds strains(lsd-25 and WCOG) had this same purpling througgh the stem i believe it to be genetic with their one ruderalis of something of that nature... but it looks genetic to me
