Week 4 Pics.Can anyone tell me when I should maybe switch out to 2700k bulbs ?

Ok week 5 from seed :
- Watered with ph balanced water only.No nutes added since beginning.
- Added 3rd T5 ho 2 ft 2700k from the side just because I have it
- Made and installed carbon filter

Wow I really need to update this lol,I have been making another grow diary at a diff site as well and have posted most of it there.Ill make an update now as they are looking not to bad I think for a newbie grower.
Week 10 from seed :
-Using organic bloom nutes and ph 6.5 dechlorinated tap water
-T5ho 2 foot lights two over top at 2700k and on on the side at 6500k
-Lights are on 24/7

Dry weight is 46.50 g not bad for first grow
