Indoor BoogNelson's perpetual journey

Lol believe it or not i make kimchi and it eat regularly. After having my gall bladder removed i waa having issues. Itd helped dramatically. Napa cabbage and daikon radish soaked in saltwater for 10 hours. Strain and add green onion, garlic, ginger root, and cayenne pepper. Leave out on table for a week burping daily. Then fridge it. Believe it or not one bite has more beneficial bacteria than a whole bottle probiotic pills.

Damn that sounds good. I learned how to make all sorts of fermented foods in one of my horticulture classes, and loved them. I should really try to get back to it, although I'm more of a sauerkraut person (must be the kraut in me) :smoking:
I had a pancreatitis atack back in May, and still don't feel 100% so I should really make something like this. I still have my gallbladder but can't see it hurting, and tastes great too.

That's whats up! We are all about the natural stuff for sure that is awesome that it helps cause big pharma usually doesn't help much glad you got relief!

If you love the kraut. Youll love this. I did the kraut until this. Now, no more kraut unless.im eating some polish sausage and taters with it lol then i dont think its too beneficial being cooked. If your interested in the exact recipe i can pm you it. Its pretty good i make up a good amount and i gift a few jars to my cousins.

I got about as.much pull3d down as i can but i need about 2 more inches rounder pot to help pull these branches down higher to open up the middle any ideas?
